1 year warranty for manufacturer defects. Warranty starts from day of purchase. For claims, you must email us so we may assist with troubleshooting guides and/or send out part exchange. Improper handling, tampering, opening housing, or wrong installation will void warranty. You must send us clear pictures and video of the issue in order to expedite any claims. Failure to do so will result in long wait times and/or denial of warranty coverage.

Please allow for a processing time of 2-3 days before your order is shipped. The estimated shipping time is approximately 5-10 days, though actual delivery times may vary depending on your location.

Some items are shipped directly from our overseas manufacturing partners. This allows us to offer competitive pricing while still maintaining relatively fast delivery times.

In certain cases, import duties, customs fees, and/or applicable tariffs may be charged prior to delivery. While we work to minimize these costs during export, any remaining charges assessed by the carrier are the responsibility of the customer.

These fees can be avoided by selecting an alternative shipping method; however, delivery may take several weeks longer. If you prefer this shipping option, please email us after placing your order.

Items currently affected by this process include, but are not limited to: steering wheels, paddle shifters, shift knobs, and larger products.

For fraud prevention and payment security, the billing and shipping addresses must match on all orders.

Orders submitted with mismatched billing and shipping information may be placed on hold, require additional verification, or be canceled at our discretion. If an order with mismatched address information is canceled or refunded, a 5% processing and administrative fee will be deducted from the total order amount.

Customers who require shipment to an alternate address must contact us prior to placing an order to request approval. Approval of such requests is not guaranteed.
