Once you have purchased a product, you have agreed to all the terms, conditions, policies and procedures. We strongly encourage you to read these prior to completing a purchase.
Return/Exchanges/Refunds
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS/RETURNS/EXCHANGES/CANCELATIONS ALLOWED ONCE ORDER IS PROCESSED. A 5% FEE MAY BE DEDUCTED FOR CANCELED ORDER PRIOR TO PROCESSING.
Carbon Fiber Expectations
All carbon fiber exterior/interior products require professional installation. Minor adjustments and body prep work may be necessary and needed for installation. All carbon fiber exterior products are hand crafted and no two items will be exactly the same. Such small imperfections such as wavy weaves, tiny air bubbles, and clear coat blemishes are inevitable. The product is coated to protect against fading or discoloration, however these conditions may be shorten due excessive heat exposure or extensive direct sun light. The clear coat shade color may change based on exposure to the sun and how you maintain your product. Therefore these conditions are not considered a manufacture defect. It is highly recommended you add Paint Protection Film (PPF) and/or add protective coatings such as Ceramic Coating to preserve the longevity of the product.

There are no warranty for any of our products. You may contact us via email for any questions or further assistance.

Billing & Shipping Address Policy
For fraud prevention and payment security, the billing and shipping addresses must match on all orders. Orders submitted with mismatched billing and shipping information may be placed on hold, require additional verification, or be canceled at our discretion. If an order with mismatched address information is canceled or refunded, a 5% processing and administrative fee will be deducted from the total order amount.

Customers who require shipment to an alternate address must contact us prior to placing an order to request approval. Approval of such requests is not guaranteed. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
International Customers
We can ship internationally to most countries. If your country is not enabled at checkout, please email us for a quote.
For those countries that are enabled at checkout, please note we use UPS as the preferred carrier. If you have a preference in another carrier, please notify us after placing an order via email.
ALL IMPORT DUTIES, FEES, AND/OR APPLICABLE TARIFFS ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER.

Tariffs & Import Fees (All Customers)
Some items are shipped directly from our overseas manufacturing partners. This allows us to offer competitive pricing while still maintaining relatively fast delivery times.
In certain cases, import duties, customs fees, and/or applicable tariffs may be charged prior to delivery. While we work to minimize these costs during export, any remaining charges assessed by the carrier are the responsibility of the customer.
These fees can be avoided by selecting an alternative shipping method; however, delivery may take several weeks longer. If you prefer this shipping option, please email us after placing your order.
Items currently affected by this process include, but are not limited to: steering wheels, paddle shifters, shift knobs, and larger products.
