This product is made to order and ships from overseas. On average your product should arrive at your door in 2-3 months timeframe. If it's peak season it may take longer, but no more than 4 months total. We strive our best to get everyone's order on time, but there may be natural events, we cannot control like shortages of material, low staff, holidays, weather conditions, or other natural events beyond our control.
All exterior products require professional installation. Minor adjustments and body prep work may be necessary and needed for installation. All parts should be test fitted before installation. We do not accept any returns or exchanges for items that have been installed, modified, or show any signs of installation. All exterior products are hand crafted and no two items will be exactly the same. Such small imperfections such as wavy weaves, tiny air bubbles, and clear coat blemishes are inevitable. The product is coated to last up to 1 year without fading or discoloration, however these conditions may be shorten due to excessive heat exposure or extensive direct sun light. The clear coat shade color may change based on exposure to the sun and how you maintain your product. Therefore these conditions are not considered a manufacture defect. It is highly recommended you add Paint Protection Film (PPF) to preserve the longevity of the product.

For those countries that are enabled at checkout, please note we use UPS as the preferred carrier. If you have a preference in another carrier, please notify us after placing an order via email.
ALL IMPORT DUTIES, FEES, AND/OR APPLICABLE TARIFFS ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER.
Some items are shipped directly from our overseas manufacturing partners. This allows us to offer competitive pricing while still maintaining relatively fast delivery times.
In certain cases, import duties, customs fees, and/or applicable tariffs may be charged prior to delivery. While we work to minimize these costs during export, any remaining charges assessed by the carrier are the responsibility of the customer.
These fees can be avoided by selecting an alternative shipping method; however, delivery may take several weeks longer. If you prefer this shipping option, please email us after placing your order.
Items currently affected by this process include, but are not limited to: steering wheels, paddle shifters, shift knobs, and larger products.
For fraud prevention and payment security, the billing and shipping addresses must match on all orders.
Orders submitted with mismatched billing and shipping information may be placed on hold, require additional verification, or be canceled at our discretion. If an order with mismatched address information is canceled or refunded, a 5% processing and administrative fee will be deducted from the total order amount.
Customers who require shipment to an alternate address must contact us prior to placing an order to request approval. Approval of such requests is not guaranteed.
