On average we ship orders within 2 weeks. If it's peak season we may take longer, but no more than 6 weeks total. Some items are shipped directly from our overseas manufacturing partners. This allows us to offer competitive pricing while still maintaining relatively fast delivery times.
In certain cases, import duties, customs fees, and/or applicable tariffs may be charged prior to delivery. While we work to minimize these costs during export, any remaining charges assessed by the carrier are the responsibility of the customer.
These fees can be avoided by selecting an alternative shipping method; however, delivery may take several weeks longer. If you prefer this shipping option, please email us after placing your order.

For fraud prevention and payment security, the billing and shipping addresses must match on all orders.
Orders submitted with mismatched billing and shipping information may be placed on hold, require additional verification, or be canceled at our discretion. If an order with mismatched address information is canceled or refunded, a 5% processing and administrative fee will be deducted from the total order amount.
Customers who require shipment to an alternate address must contact us prior to placing an order to request approval. Approval of such requests is not guaranteed.
